Premature Ejaculation

What is Premature Ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation really just means: You cant’ last as long as you’d like to; you don’t have as much voluntary control over when you ejaculate as you wish you did. Ejaculatory control is a better way of talking and thinking about problem, rather than setting some arbitrary cutoff point that separates “normal” from “abnormal”.
What causes it?
For any number of reasons, premature ejaculators never develop a normal sense of what genitals feel like when they are highly excited and about to come. It is the sensory deficit that is the key to the cause and also to the cure of inadequate ejaculatory control.
Often this pattern started early, when he learns to masturbate in the bathroom for 30 seconds flat for fear of getting caught. Or he learns to make love in the back seat of the old Chevy, or on the sofa at his girlfriend’s parent’s house. Because he’s frightened or feels guilty or ashamed, he rushes through the experience and never really become familiar when full-blown, extended erotic feelings. Rapid ejaculation becomes a learned behavior, a habit, which simply has to be unlearned. It doesn’t only happens to Filipino men but also guys from different parts of the world.
How to control it?
There’s a technique called the stop/start and squeeze. The start/stop involves stimulating the penis almost to the point of ejaculation, then stopping; stimulating it again, then stopping; and repeating this until the man learned to control his ejaculations. The squeeze technique: instead of simple stopping, the area just below the head of the penis is squeezed jus before the moment of ejaculation.
Most men don’t ejaculate as rapidly with the woman on top. When he has a firm erection, she slips down on the top of him. Then, holding her hips, he gently guides her body up and down, stopping when he nears ejaculation. Once ha can last 5 minutes or so, he begins moving his own hips as well. Some couples also like to use the side by side position, which also tends to delay ejaculation.
In the final phase of learning ejaculatory control, instead of stopping just at the point of ejaculation, the man simple slows down. Or he may deeply penetrate his lover and rock from side to side or roll his hips, churning his erection about with circular motion rather than thrusting in and out. This helps to sustain the pleasure before both partners are ready for the climax.
