Are you really focused on what you want in life or are you just sleeping trough life. A very important part of having success is to focus on outcomes. To do what you need to know, of what outcomes you want. Sadly most people are just living life from day to day. Hoping things will be better tomorrow.
Focus is really needed if you want to become successful at anything. With Focus I mean being able to stay on track with your goals in life. To reach this goals there are actions that will help you achieve them.

In order to stay focused, you will need to know several things:
- Know where you are going
- Know how to get there
- Do whatever it takes to get there
Now do you see the importance of knowing what you want and forming a solid plan? Without those steps, staying focused would be nearly impossible.
Personally, I am tired of people that don’t want to work hard enough. Most people are just talking a lot, but when it comes to doing the real work there is nothing. The way to be successful is clearly to work on being successful and to work on what you want to achieve. Watching the latest movie on TV is not going to get you there, but it will pass your time. To get anywhere have a price. Even if you just want to fly from Hong Kong to Manila. It is not free. You have to pay a price. It is the same with our life. To get where we want to go have a price. Are you willing to pay that price?
Before you know where you are going you need to have dreams. Dreaming and working are both fun in their own rights, but much more productive together. Spend your life only dreaming and you clearly will end up very frustrated. Spend your life only working and your energy will go away and you end up nowhere. Working without a clear goal is demoralizing when you have little to show for it at the end of the day.
Getting Focused is an essential element of success. The pleasure of purposeful work is what drives successful people to bigger and better heights.
Do you have any tricks on how to Focus? Please let me know by leaving a comment below.

This was Michael Jackson’s favorite song. The text is really uplifting and everybody need to read it. Jernmaine Jackson just song it in honor to Michael Jackson.
Smile tho’ your heart is aching,
Smile even tho’ it’s breaking,
When there are clouds in the sky
You’ll get by,
If you smile
thro’ your fear and sorrow,
Smile and maybe tomorrow,
You’ll see the sun come shin-ing thro’ for you
Light up your face with gladness,
Hide ev-’ry trace of sadness,
Al -’tho a tear may be ever so near,
That’s the time,
You must keep on trying,
Smile, what’s the use of crying,
You’ll find that life is still worth-while,
If you just smile …

August 1956, Martin Luther King, Jr. gave a speech in Buffalo called “The Birth of a New Age”. Part of that speech goes as follows:
We need more people who are competent in all areas and always remember that the important thing is to do a good job. No matter what it is. Whatever you are doing consider it as something having cosmic significance, as it is a part of the uplifting of humanity. No matter what it is, no matter how small you think it is, do it right.
As someone said, do it so well that the living, dead, or the unborn could do it no better. If your son grows up to be a street cleaner, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry, sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say, ‘here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well’.
If you can’t be a pine on the top of the hill be a shrub on the side, but be the best shrub on the side of the hill. Be a bush if you can’t be a tree, if you can’t be a highway be a trail, if you can’t be the sun be a star. It isn’t by size that you win or fail. Be the best of whatever you are.

Part of this site are a few pictures of Filipina Ladies with great legs and regularly we seem to get emails from guys wanting to meet one of those ladies. The topic of the emails is often that the lady have great legs. I have also seen the number of views on the images with great legs and the viewers of this images are twice that of a lady with a prettier face. So guys please tell me what is it about Filipinas great legs you just have to see. Sorry ladies my guess is that it is the guys that are looking, but I can not tell for sure. Google are not able to give us viewer stats on gender yet.

Personally what I find most appealing about Filipina Ladies is their skin. In most cases ladies from the Philippines have smooth — almost silky like skin. Many Filipina Ladies do not have to shave the hair from their legs, and the one that have some hair their leg hair are smooth as silk. If you are a leg man, you will find this very appealing.

The exotic appearance has always been something that attracts Western men. Asian ladies really have that quality. Add the mystic, the silky skin, silky hair, a smile to kill for, along with their charm and good nature, it is easy to see why men find an Asian lady so appealing.
I do consider my self a very lucky man. I have a large number of very good Filipina friends, I have lived with a Filipina with great legs for years and I have a number of friends that are married to Filipinas. It is my personal view that anybody that judge a Filipina from her look is missing out big time. Sure Filipinas have all the good look any guy can even think about or dream about, but the good attitude, the smile to kill for, her total love and dedication to her partner, her discipline and ability to work hard for her family are all features that are not easy to forget.
Based on my view and experiences with Filipinas for over seven years I am sure that most time when there is a split between a Filipina and her western guy it is the fault of the western guy. Many guys clearly do not appreciate the gift they are given from God, when they marry a Filipina if she have great legs or not. In United Kingdom I have also noted something very interesting. If a guy is divorced from a Filipina and he want to marry again. He always find him self a new Filipina. I have never seen any guy that have been married to a Filipina that will marry a girl from any other country. Surely it exist, but I don’t remember anybody right now. So if you are looking for a sweet and loving wife with great legs and have your eyes on a Filipina girl. Don’t be scared. Marry her and love her from the bottom of your heart and I am sure you will never regret it.
To all your girls with great legs. Keep on showing them. We guys just love it.

When asking for help, appeal to people’s self-interest, never to their mercy or gratitude

Someday we all have to turn to an ally for help. If you are in that situation please do not bother to remind her of your past assistance or the earlier help you have given. She may just find a way to ignore you. Instead uncover something in your request, or in your alliance with her, that will benefit her, and emphasize with her, and emphasize it out of all proportion. She will respond enthusiastically when she sees something to be gained for herself.
Remember there is an art to asking for help, an art that depends on your ability to understand the person you are dealing with, and to not confuse your needs with theirs.
Must people never succeed at this, because they are completely trapped in their own wants and desires. They start from the assumption that the people they are appealing to have a selfless interest in helping them. They talk as if their needs mattered to this people who really couldn’t care less. Sometimes they refer to larger issues: a great cause, or grand emotions such as love and gratitude. They go for the big picture when simple, everyday realities would have much more appeal. What they do not realize is that even the most powerful person is locked inside needs of his own, and that if you make no appeal to her self-interest, she merely sees you as desperate or, at best, a waist of time.
A key step in the process is to understand the other person’s psychology. Is she vain? Is she concerned about her reputation or her social standing? Does she have enemies you could help her fighting. Is she simply motivated by money and power.

Self interest is the lever that will move people. Once you make them see how you can in some way meet their needs or advance their cause, their resistance to your request for help will magically fall away. At each step on the way to better your life, you must train yourself to think your way inside the other person’s mind, to see their needs and interests, to get rid of the screen of your own feelings that obscure the truth. If you master this art there is no limits to what you can accomplish.

How to be “Lucky”
The awful thing about claiming that somebody is “Lucky” is that it dismisses responsibility. You can’t make luck happened, you just have to wait for it to strike unexpectedly. Sometimes that is right and random events do happen to help or hinder our lives for unknown reasons. However, there are other times when what we call “Luck” is much more under our control.

Opportunity of some sort is always around, so you can see luck as our willingness to be open to a given opportunity.
There is an Eastern saying “Trust the lord and tie up your camel”. For me that is what luck is all about. It underlines the varying elements of success: You need to trust that the universe, life, God or Allah – whatever you choose to call it will support you. All you have to do is to be willing and to take action. You have to put your energy into the success. Remember nobody ever won a race they did not enter.
I’m sure you may have heard this many times before: “Trust the lord and tie up your camel”. We can’t just walk around and not take precautions in life and say “I trust in God, so I’ll be alright”. You can’t just leave the keys in your car and go in the store and just think that because you trust in God that the car is going to be there when you get back. You might trust in God, but there are a lot of people out there that don’t believe in God and your car may just be gone.
To reach the point where other people claim you have been “Lucky” will normally require you to move from one end of the other of the life alignment curve. You will have to tie up our camel like:
- Review Opportunities
- Explore Implications
- Ask for Help
- Experiment with a New Style
- Get a New Job
- Move to a New Country
Lucky people take responsibility for what happens to them and how they respond to it, so life moves with them. Call it luck if you have to, just remember that you create your own luck by accepting the part you have to play.
Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it and do it. Boldness have genius, power and imagination in it.

Everybody want to have success. But what is really success? Lets begin by looking at the factors that contribute to success. Judith Leary-Joice in her book “The Psychology of Success” describe 4 very important factors for any type of success.
- Talent
- Skill
- Brain Power
- Appetite
Ask someone to tell you about themselves and what they do well and they will probably tell you about the skills they have. If they don’t believe they have skills they will apologies and explain that they are only a housewife, or a shop assistant or …
Of course skill development also need brain power. Some peoples brain works better with science than art. Thats why we are different. Brain power is the intellectual capacity to understand ideas and put them into action. We all develop mindsets about our ability, prompted mostly by experience at school. Sometimes they are accurate – no one can do everything – but sometimes our assumptions track back to a youthful lack of interest, opportunity or encouragement. The wonderful classic film “Educating Rita” is a lovely example of a person who took the risk of going back to college. Putting in the hard work and determination that eluded her as as schoolgirl, she got a degree and changed her life for the better.
“Life is short so why spend it doing something pointless”
Appetite is whether you care enough about something to put in all the effort required for success. We deliver well when the work holds some form of meaning. You don’t have to save the world – you just need to care about what you are doing , so the time feels well spent. Life is short, so why spend it doing something pointless.
As you think about your own core talent, take care not to be put off by skills you don’t have. Talent endures, while skills are time sensitive. As you refine your ability, so the skills you need will change. As long as you understand your talent and use the brain power available to you, gaining skills will depend only on your appetite.

I am not much into Poems. But this one have allways been special to me.
“If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don’t
If you’d like to win, but think you can’t,
It’s almost a certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’ve lost
For out in the world we find,
Success being with a fellow’s will-
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you’re outclassed, you are,
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the one WHO THINKS HE CAN!”

With falling, if not fully negative, birth rates and faced with the United States’ own drive to obtain skilled workers and professionals, the European Union (EU) has established its “Blue Card” residence visa for the foreign workers it needs to remain competitive in a globalized post-industrial world.
This is seen by Filipinos as a boon for Filipino workers, of whom about 90,000 of the 900,000 in the EU are undocumented, although many of these illegal overstayers are skilled workers and professionals.
The Blue Card visa gives the qualified foreign workers legal work residence in all EU member-countries, and also permits them to transfer from one EU country to another without further documentation.
“The period of validity of the EU Blue Card will be between one and four years, with the possibility of renewal. A Blue Card may also be issued or renewed for smaller periods in order to cover the work contract, plus three months,” said the Council of EU in a press statement.
The Brussels-based Council of the European Union adopted the resolution establishing the Blue Card residence permit on May 25 this year, but it may need up to two years to become effective because each member-country will still have to merge it with its own laws.
Europe’s population growth has been on steady decline in the last two decades, resulting in the scarcity of highly qualified labor, so that in Germany retirees are being called back to work. A European Commision (EC) paper predicts the region will lose half of its work force in the next 50 years if the reduced birth rates continues.
Ambassador Alistair Macdonald, head of the Delegation of the European Commission to the Philippines, said the EU Blue Card system will “have to be translated into national laws” by the EU member states within two years before it can be implemented.
But he said EU members such as the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Denmark are not included in the countries that need to adopt the Blue Card system.
In a statement, the Council of the European Union said the Blue Card system establishes more attractive work conditions for foreign workers to take up highly qualified employment in the EU member states, seeing that it gives them a series of socioeconomic rights and favorable conditions for family reunification and movement across EU states.
Macdonald said the presence of Filipino workers has contributed a lot to the region’s economic development and “Europe is very thankful to the Filipino workers.”
